S33 Studioº accepts exchanges and returns during the 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the order, as long as the garments to be returned are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and keep the original label.
If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, through our contact form indicating the order number and the error.
Our website, at the moment, does not accept exchanges. You must make a return and make a new purchase.
The return must be requested through our contact form and then resend the product in question to the following address:
S33 Studioº, Horta 22, 07460 Pollença, Baleares, Spain
Inside the “message” field of our contact form you must include the following information:
- Order number.
- Item to return.
- Reason for return.
When the customer decides to make an exchange or return, the direct cost of shipping the return of the order will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU, as well as customs duties and taxes derived from it. The shipment can be made through any courier agency and the price will depend on the rate, weight and route of the package.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the receipt sent with the order and with any accessories or gifts included.
For hygienic reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits have a plastic hygiene sticker. If you want to return these items, it is essential that they retain the protective sticker.
Once we have received the package and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount equivalent to the returned item.
It usually takes around 7 days to refund the money. It will be done once we process and check the items in our warehouse. In any case it will depend on the customer’s bank through which the refund is made.
CHANGES AND / OR RETURNS IN STORE
The products purchased through the Website are part of the collection of products that will be on sale in S33 Studioº stores. Therefore, S33 Studioº offers the possibility of making, depending on the stock available in each of the stores, size changes of the same product or returns for free. All products can be returned in S33 Studio stores in Spain.
In the case of returns, a receipt will be provided in the store as proof of the return and a refund will be requested. The data of the return will be sent to our headquarters in Polleça (Balearic Islands, Spain), from where we will proceed to the reimbursement by the same payment method used in the purchase.
