At S33 Studioº, we commit to preparing all orders before 10 a.m. (CET) the following day.
It’s important to note that during seasons like Black Friday, and Christmas, slight delays in shipments may occur due to courier company saturation. If you encounter any issues with your order, we recommend contacting us.
Home deliveries will be free of charge for orders over 150 euros, in case of orders below that amount please refer to the specific details for your country.
Regarding changes to the shipping address after the order has been dispatched, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will get in touch with you to arrange a new delivery.

Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees
If the customer refuses to pay such charges, or fails to provide any information or documentation required for customs clearance, the shipment may be delayed, held or returned. To the extent permitted by applicable law, S33 Studio reserves the right to deduct from any refund all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, clearance fees, storage fees, handling fees, and any other costs incurred as a result of non-payment, refusal, or failed customs clearance.
