Refund policy

At S33 Studio, we care about your satisfaction with every purchase you make.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines so that the return process can be carried out smoothly. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at hola@s33-studio.com or through our contact form.

S33 Studio accepts exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the garments being returned are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original label attached.

If you receive an incorrect order or a defective product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, through our contact form, indicating the order number and the issue.

Our website does not currently process exchanges. You must request a return and place a new order.

The return must be requested through our contact form and then the product in question must be sent to the following address:

In the “message” field of our contact form, you must include the following information:

Order number.

Item to be returned.

Reason for the return.

When the customer decides to make an exchange or a return, the direct shipping costs for returning the order shall be borne by the customer, as established in the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase, as well as any customs duties and taxes arising from the return. The shipment may be made through any courier company and the cost will depend on the rate, weight and route of the package.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the receipt sent with the order and any accessories or gifts included.

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits include a plastic hygiene seal. If you wish to return these items, it is essential that they retain the protective seal.

Once we have received the package and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item.

The refund usually takes around 7 days. It will be issued once we have processed and checked the items in our warehouse. In any case, the timing will depend on the customer’s bank through which the refund is processed.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

Products purchased through the website form part of the product collection that will be available for sale in S33 Studio stores. Therefore, S33 Studio offers the possibility, subject to stock availability in each store, of exchanging the size of the same product or returning products free of charge. All products may be returned at S33 Studio stores in Spain.

In the event of a return, a receipt will be provided in store as proof of the return and the refund will be requested. The return details will be sent to our headquarters in Port de Pollença (Balearic Islands, Spain), from where we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
