Shipping policy
At S33 Studio, we are committed to preparing all orders before 10:00 a.m. (CET) the following day.
Please note that during periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, slight shipping delays may occur due to courier companies experiencing high volumes. If you have any issue with your order, we recommend that you contact us.
Home delivery will be free for orders over €150; for orders below this amount, please check the specific details for your country.
Regarding changes to the shipping address once the order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or military bases.

Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees
Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU customs territory, and/or to territories where import customs clearance, local taxes or equivalent border procedures apply, may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST/sales tax, customs clearance fees, brokerage or handling fees, storage costs and any other import-related charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers or local agencies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer and are not included in the prices of our products or in the shipping costs.
If the customer refuses to pay such charges, or fails to provide the information or documentation required for customs clearance, the shipment may be delayed, held or returned. To the extent permitted by applicable law, S33 Studio reserves the right to deduct from any refund all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, clearance fees, storage costs, handling fees and any other costs incurred as a result of non-payment, refusal or failed customs clearance.
