Electronic purchases made by users through this store are subject to the general terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter, the “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase”). These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase constitute the main legal document of the sales contract and regulate the rights and obligations that users have as customers of S33 Studio online. Notwithstanding the foregoing, while users remain connected to the store, they may use such Contents to the extent necessary for browsing and only when such Contents are accessible in accordance with the rules set out in this legal notice. 3. Terms of use of the online store
3.1 General provisions
Users of the online store are obliged to make proper use of it, in accordance with the law and this legal notice. Any user who breaches the law or this legal notice shall be liable to S33 Studio online or to third parties for any damages that may arise from the breach of this obligation. Users of the store undertake to use the Contents in accordance with the law and this legal notice, as well as with any other terms, rules and instructions that may apply to certain services in accordance with clause 1. By way of example only, users must refrain from:

3.3 Data collection forms
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 6 of this legal notice, the use of certain services or requests is subject to prior user registration.

– No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement shall be made from the page that introduces the link regarding S33 Studio online or the companies of the S33 Studio group, its partners, employees, members or the quality of the services offered to users.
– Under no circumstances shall the page containing the link state that S33 Studio online has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.
– The use of any word, graphic or mixed trademark, or any other distinctive sign of S33 Studio online, on the sender’s page is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by S33 Studio online and, provided that, in such cases, a direct link to the store is permitted in the manner established in this clause.

4. Disclaimer of liability
4.1 Regarding service quality

It is, in any case, the user’s responsibility to have the appropriate tools for detecting and removing harmful computer programs. S33 Studio online shall not be liable for any damage caused to the computer equipment of users or third parties by the actions of third parties during the provision of the store service.
4.2 Regarding service availability
Access to the store requires third-party services and supplies, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, security, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of S33 Studio online. Therefore, the services provided through the store may be suspended, cancelled or rendered inaccessible, before or simultaneously with the provision of the store service, without prior notice from S33 Studio online. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, for any reason, S33 Studio online permanently ceases to provide the store services, S33 Studio online shall make every effort to notify registered users.
S33 Studio shall not be liable for damages or losses of any kind suffered by the user caused by failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the store service during its provision or beforehand.
4.3 Regarding contents and services linked through the store
The store may include links that allow the user to access other websites and portals on the Internet (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In such cases, S33 Studio online acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (“LSSI”), and shall only be liable for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their illegality and has not disabled the link with due diligence. If the user considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify S33 Studio online in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6 of this legal notice, without such notification, under any circumstances, implying an obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances shall the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with their managers or owners, nor any recommendation, promotion or identification of S33 Studio online with the statements, contents or services provided.
S33 Studio online is unaware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, shall not be liable for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, lack of updating, unavailability, error or uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to S33 Studio online for its own services.
4.4 Third-party content hosted by S33 Studio online
The store includes or may include the possibility for users, whether registered or not, to publish comments on products or otherwise participate by expressing personal opinions or providing certain information. In such cases, S33 Studio online acts as an intermediary hosting service provider in accordance with Article 16 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (“LSSI”), and shall only be liable for content uploaded by other users to the extent that it has actual knowledge of its unlawfulness and has not removed the unlawful content with due diligence. If the user considers that there are unlawful or inappropriate comments or contents uploaded by other users, they may notify S33 Studio online in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6 of this legal notice, without such notification, under any circumstances, implying an obligation to remove the corresponding comment or content.
In any case, the existence of third-party comments or contents does not imply the existence of agreements with their authors, nor any recommendation, promotion or identification of S33 Studio online with the statements or information provided.
4.5 Regarding the confidentiality of information transmitted through the store
S33 Studio online has adopted the legally required security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and secrecy of the personal data that users provide in our store. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the transmission of such data to S33 Studio online takes place through third-party telecommunications networks not controlled by S33 Studio online. 5. Disclosure of unlawful or inappropriate third-party activities or services
If the user or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites or any other third-party service offered by S33 Studio online, including user comments where permitted, are illegal, harmful, degrading, violent or contrary to morality; or that any information included by users themselves through the services offered in the store is of an equivalent nature to that described above, they may contact S33 Studio online, providing the following details:

– in the event of infringement of rights, such as intellectual or industrial property rights or any other rights whose existence could not be inferred by S33 Studio online, the personal details of the holder of the infringed right when this is a person other than the reporting party, as well as the document proving representation to act on behalf of the right holder when the right holder is a person other than the reporting party. In addition, in such cases, documentation proving the existence of the title or legally harmed asset must be provided;
– an express statement that the information contained in the complaint is truthful.
Receipt by S33 Studio online of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, in accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the reporting party.
